hey i been using misteam over 2 month or more when it out and it working great but i when steam update today (4/8/09) then i click misteam and i get unknown field: 22

Looks like a problem with your ClientRegistry.blob file. MiSteam works fine for me and I am using the new Steam beta.

I get this same error while running MiSteamPrep, if anyone could provide an explanation/fix it would be much appreciated.

This error occurs only after downloading the CDR.

Edit: A temporary fix is to use the clientregistry.blob provided for download on the first post.

Hmm. Valve has changed something. I think what's going on is MiSteam Prep is reading the ClientRegistry.Blob and it's finding this field "22," then crashes.
Client Registry Toolkit has nothing to say about this "22" field.

Don't use MiSteam Prep until it gets updated. MiSteam (the Steam crack) still works so use that to play GMod.

It's not over yet. Nothing can stop Cs.rin.ru's developers from cracking Steam. Give it 2-3 days for a fix.

Can someone post me the latest blob file - I'm not at home for a couple of weeks, but have MiSteamSuite source code with me - just can't download anything from steam servers from where I am currently (they are blocked)

Hook me up with the latest CDR and I'll see what I can do from here. :wink:

MiSteamPrep/Info and UCL failed at downloading CDR so I took the Steam ClientRegistry and removed all things except for cdr with ClientRegistryToolkit.

Upload on mediafire because the forum blocks upload of blob files (i could have renamed it but w/e).

Yep - I'm getting the field 22 error with the new blob, I'll take a look.

Ok, this is now fixed, but I only have the original source of MiSteamTools (1.0) with me, so I'm waiting for someone back home to get in and send me the 1.0.1 source code.

Expect and updated MiSteamTools 1.0.2 later on today.
