But I hope (for future ^_^) that you give us a TestApp manual filter settings (to manually disable them if it can't do the patcher).

Do it please:
1) turning on and off the lobby-patch in the configuration file avsmp.ini
2) in the main menu l4d link to the server browser, as when you start the game with the parameter '-serverbrowser'

- Bugreport -
On OS Windows 7 pro x64 (legal) steam client show an error when it automaticaly restarts:

...and immediately after

On OS Windows Vista x86 there was no such problem.

But steamup 1.43 on OS win7 x64 restarts flawlessly.
