Great Job,
I've just downloaded TF2 but I see that it's version 1.0.3.4, I've downloaded the updated GCF from steam, is there a way to update the installer so i can redistribute it to my mates with the current GCFs? How can I open the .sid file? Can I simply use 7zip?!

@Mr. Kennaay Use google, he's your friend. Just copy SteamUp files into your Steam directory and run SteamUp.exe
@kellerton Yeah you probably need to update GMOD and use later emu.
@[ITA]Alder Yes you can. Read the update tut on the first post.

When I play Team Fortress 2, at the loading screen, it crashes and then goes back to the computer desktop. Why is this happening?

@Mr. Kennaay I think you need to update it.
@kellerton You could use SteamUp to update GCFs but still you'll need MiSteamPrep to prepare the updated content. What error did you get?

I have tried updating with CF Toolbox, but I found it taking too long to update the larger files. I have tried SteamUp!, searched on Google on how to use it, but I still don't know how to use it. How do I update with SteamUp!?

Hello vellside I am new to these forums and had a few questions about your thread.
The first is for example even though this is standalone would it be possible to play Episode 2 in gmod ?
Thanks

@Mr. Kennaay CFToolbox can't handle larger files than 4GB atm, for instance team fortress 2 content.gcf. So use SteamUp. How? Copy SteamUp files to your Steam folder and launch it from there. You'll also need to move all your GCFs from TF2 steamapps folder to Steam steamapps folder.
@inferno-prime Yes you can, but you need to copy all GCFs from your HL2EP2 steamapps obviously to your GMOD steamapps folder, also mount EP2 in GMOD.

@kellerton You need to use MiSteamPrep not MiSteam.

hello VeilSide and thanks for all these great quality rips.
Are Half-Life 2 and Episode 1 included in the Episode 2 rip ? Or do I need to download them individually ?
Thank you for your help.
