All of the new versions of GreenLuma (2.5.8+) use Steam.exe as their launch executable ... so, how are you managing to logon through normal steam & GL steam?

Your problem is also very vague, what error are you getting?

It could be your Windows Firewall blocking GreenLuma, it could be you are missing the latest Visual C++ 2012 Redistributables (the latest 2.6.3 uses 2012, all other versions used 2008 SP1), it's quite obviously something simple and stupid if everything works using a stock Steam install before patching -- and after patching it doesn't. Heck it could be something as simple as use 7Zip instead of WinRAR!

Aside from that, it is very frustrating for someone to just keep re-posting and bumping their own problem, instead of trying to figure out the problem on their own. WTF dude..

How about some more information next time, screenshots, error messages ... anything other than: I have an error and I'm too bloody lazy to even both trying to figure it out!

Can CS:GO be launched via GreenLuma at all? I copied original (pure licensed and up to date) game files with generated (on my machine) client.dll, copied appmanifest_730.acf (I also fixed install path inside), but when I try to launch the game from Steam's Game Library, it starts loading but closes in 2 seconds without any error message or log. Am I doing something wrong or it;s just impossible in principle for now?

In worms reloaded not only can I not save but on custom game, I can't change to computers.

After reinstalling and updating steam then applied the new greenluma patch, I still can't download black ops 1 or any other games for that matter.

What's the point of greenluma if you can't even download games from steam and play online with millions of other players.

OMG DUDE! to poster above.... are you so darn greedy or what? you can download all this games via torrent if you can't get it on GL if you really want them that hard, CHRIST!
READ THE GOD DAMN FREAKING FAQ'S BEFORE YOU POST! kids (even adults) these days all they want is to be spoon fed all day long LOL!...so lazy to read or do some searching first.

Would it be possible to get some sort of standalone Source focus patch since it was removed? It's handy for rendering Source demos; if I keep the window focused, I get ~25 fps at 720p, but if I switch to another program, it drops to ~10 fps. Anyone got a workaround or a patch of some sort?

I'm playing "dawn of war 2 - retribution".
And after I launch the game, all buttons in main menu gray out. (It's was playable in older version steam with greenluma)
I use "*.ncf" and "steam_appid.txt" and lauch the game from "DOW2.exe".
(The author of DOW2 crack said we should launch from *.exe not "play button")
If launch the game from "play" button, It says "need convert game content to new...".
If delete the "steam_appid.txt", It can't launch and shows an error "SteamStartEngineEX != eSteamErrorNone".

I tried both latest steam and beta version steam, and have VC++2012.
I'm running on winXP 32bit, and was playable in older version.

Another question, greenLuma can't find "blood raven" DLC in "dawn of war ii - retribution".(It can't since older version greenluma, but was seen in DLC list and in-game with smartsteam)

Yes... luckily some tools came out, like brucie's steam_api.dll or voksi appid launcher... But greenluma was once the best.
