Do not need assistance, my HLІ functioned. If I start the map breakoff it, and the error comesSource Fatal Error Conntection to Steam server lost. Could not acquire nevessary game files. please help me. |

by DX2: - start game with -steamlocal instead with -steam does not funktion... By: Dred - add steamengine to main hl2 folder and add -steam to shortcut Sorry, but i found no Steamengine!!! |

Hi, I installed HL2 (VENGEANCE) and all the updates and patches ( Deadmatch, V7, Update 3 all by VENGEANCE) THEY WORK BEAUTIFULL HL2 and CSS work 100%. No problems at all! But my ping is killing me!! if i play CSS it's goes up to 450. it's suposed to be around 35/40. with Counterstrike it is stabel and around 35/40...wich is good. I have changed the internet settings in steam(CCS)...but no results. WTF went wrong......???????????? somebody >>>>...... |

have 2 problems whit 2 things first one is for single player: when i want to chose chapter 1 Unable to remove c:\games\half life 2 new test\hl2\SAVE! and hl2dm is ón connecting server Steam Validation rejected |

When I run HL2, After I get to the main menu, I click new game, then I click chapter 1, then nothing happens. I look in the console and it says: execing chapter1.cfg unknown command "TMA3F" EDIT**: CFG files were encrypted still, had to reexctract just the cfg's and it works perfectly now =] |

u have to convert the background image to the same type hl2 uses, check the off topic section, theres a post somewhre there on backgrounds |
