I get this message while SteamEngine is running: Error! Unable to load materialsystem.dll Any fix? I installed that patch Clarence linked to, but that did nothing.

I have something worth adding to the guide.. 1) Before Playing a fresh a install of CS:S from Emporio etc.. CHANGE YOUR player NAME ! <-- Important ! 2) Don't admit to stealing CS Source (In Servers) ! 3) Don't tell people how to do it/how its done etc (In Servers) ! (most importantly) 4) Don't call people names/insult people who bought the game ! 5) Don't go to the official Steam forums babbling on about cracked CS Source ! It has become evident that there is a lot of people going online and running there mouth about playing for free ! Not smart ! it'll only back fire on ya if you are doing that ! And be warned if your gonna go to the Steam Forums and admit to using the cracked version of CS Source they can/ and have before double checked your info and matched it up to your accounts etc.. In other words your IP/User Name/Email Address ! And ofcourse don't ever use a legal account to play hacked/cracked games on ! Happy safe gaming

Hi i did everything that was said on the instructions on the first page. After putting in the parameters in the shortcut and double clicking hl2 i get "Launcher Error, Failed to Load the Launcher DLL: The Specified Module COund not be found. What do i do, someone please help
