CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community

I have downloaded yesterday cs 1.6 non-steam and i have too much problems...
First of all, in each server i can play maximum for 4-5 minutes...Sometimes it gets out and retrying to connect to the server (Of course it never got back to the server- 1 retrieng, 2 retrieng...).
In other server it have wrote me :"cheatin-death required", I downloaded this and i'm opening it when i'm playing, but it still writes this message...
One more problem, I hardly found 4 server which working, and in which i can play, can someone give me more servers?
