I will like to be an admin of a corresponding server I understand If I become an admin I have to be fair and I'm willing to do that

But can U please tell me wut can I do to be an admin...!!of the Cw server or CS2.rin.ru or CS.rin.ru

Imho, its a good idea to speak russian to be an admin on a russian server... but its only an imho...

If u need admin rights to play PCW and CW only (and if you really play them often and other admins help u in it), then u don't need to speak Russian. But in other cases I think u better speak this.

I could speak russian but anyway if Ur an admin and in the console imagine U wanna kick somebody U have to type it in russian or in english well I will like to be an admin speak russian english and I'm fair :P
