I got CS 1.6. I got the nosteam version.But i want to play on a local server that just put steam on.I downloaded the 388 MB steam version.Wat do i need ? Do i need a CD key or a steam account ? And ... how could i get them or ... where can I gat them from ?  ... plz help me at leased with more info ... english please.

If you have No Steam version, you cannot play on Steam servers. For Steam version you will need a key, that you can buy from Valve
