Будь у меня такая проблема, первым делом мне бы пришло в голову проверить другие объемные проги или игры, требующие много памяти. Если и там продолжается то же самое, то не помешало бы проверить железо, а точнее - оперативку.
Трабл может быть как в самой КС (лекарство - переустановка) либо уже в Винде, что хуже (лекарство - repair или реинсталл).
