then what makes this community different than other amateur forums? we cant upload every gcf and ncf (or the new valve format) files to upload websites. even if we could, it will be deleted after some time. and i am sure valve will find the solution of cdr and the other stuff someday. nothing will be same forever. i know that i am just a n00b but well these are just my opinions, could be wrong(honestly i hope that) alright, let us get motivated more, let us get illuminated
calm down, guyz ... i coded the CM client for CFT, i hope it will work soon... (and i also think it will be now possible to download subscription protected games if u own them)
-- Edit --

You have kind of a wrong idea about this community. The business here has overcome all changes Steam has undergone since Steam exists. Surely CF Toolbox is vital to a huge part of what we're doing here today, but the developers here have, in all these years, always found a way to keep up with Valve's doings. Just as much as CFT has made many things possible here, steamCooker's work has been made possible by his efforts and by the efforts of many other developers and members that have assisted him by giving technical advice, providing test data or testing features. This transition to the new ACF format and new server types certainly is not and will not be easy, but I know that it will happen. No set-backs can really stop us in the long run.
You ask what makes this community different. It's the oldest, the biggest and the best of its kind, with the most skilled and comitted developers as well as the most diligent uploaders and post maintainers.
Thanks steamCooker, for still developing this program and fixing it for us as long as that's still possible.
Edit: Suggestion - you might want to grey out parts of the program that don't work anymore, in case you don't think you can make them work in future versions. Like illpillow said, as long as we can still do patching, as long as that can still be made working, other features can be neglected. But of course that's your call.
