Revemu don't works with dproto for counter-strike =\. But it using stupid VALVE_ID_LAN and STEAM_ID_LAN :((. Esteamation don't force SteamID to users without Steam

Hi guys.

What i have to do about my Non Steam server (prot. 47) accept steam players?
What patches should I install on my server or what i have to do?

I need that the server continues, run with protocol 47 and steam players can access (48), i have seen servers in this way: v1.1.2.0+ (Linux, Dedicated, Protocol 47) and accept steam players :S help me please.

The server is running under linux (Centos 5.2). Quadcore 6600 x86-64.
Support me please, I need the correctly engines, thanks people :)

Current version is 1.0.1.2, at the moment.
No one else had any issues with VUP since 1.0.1.0?

Imo only problem with mass expansion p48 servers is inability to see NS players. Thats reason for majority p47 NS servers...

I know it sounds very stupid but my crashes were caused by the official maps on counter strike source. So I deleted the whole maps folder and redownloaded them from steam and now there are no crashes anymore with VUP2.11 and latest CSS binaries. Very strange :? :o

Not possible :ROFL: All maps are comming from same place ... no any difference if you downloaded by steam or trough the srcds ;;)

Yes but my maps ware somehow corrupted I guess. Even verify_all doesn't replace them. I had to delete the whole maps folder and redownload.

Hello dudes,

I have one bigger problem. I have installed eSteamation and patched engine.dll with VUP (for emulation sytem) and Rev_patch (to crack). When I start server on Windows, while starting it shows next problem :
The procedure entry point g_dwDllEntryThreadId could not be located in the dynamic link library tier0_s.dll. And then it starts server normally. I have first tested without everything, so only with engine.dll cracked with rev_patch and in second case with VUP and eSteamation. When I copied eSteamation and started server, then it shows that error. When I remove files, it works normally. On Linux I haven't got any problems.
"Problematic" OS : Windows XP 32-bit
OS without problems : Ubuntu 8.10

If anyone can solve that problem, I will be very happy.

Hi guys,
I need you help.
I patched the files on an other server.
But if someone wants to connect it says: "A connection to the steam vac server could not be made"

What do I do wrong?
I patched the engine_486, 686.
I patched the steamclient_486
I copied the estamtion.cfg to /cfg
I renamed the lib...ticket to vlvtickt and copied the other to this folder!?!

Please help meee
