Ermm, do you mean *binaries.ncf? Because there are no binaries on disk as Black Ops uses CEG for SP and MP. You should get them somewhere else.

After updating to beta 8 it crashes on start.

Seems to be that this 2 Files are not proper decrypted:

code_pre_gfx.ff
code_pre_gfx_mp.ff

Is it possible to fix this?

FYI rather large part of the Orange Box is (was) not properly decrypted ;) . So you just better find the files somewhere else or try extracting COD BO with Phx 1.4 beta 1 and tell me the results.

Well, you can try to unpack the "ncf" where there are these files with SimPack.
  1. simpack -x %SRC% %DST% -g42702 -kAC17FBAE013EB5D5A549EBF9907C78A5

But due to the info you gave I hardly believe that you'll succeed. But you would rather try :D .

Thanks for your help mate, but no success (Invalid Zip-Header 0xBF5......).
Damn, but keep going whit your nice prog.

I have a working copy now but it would be awesome if your prog can handle this also.

Did you try the first post's proggy or the one that is on the top of 4-th page, which was modified later by me? Try the latter....and forgot to mention one thing:
For simpack in you case it should be:
  1. simpack -x %SRC% %DST% -g42702 -kAC17FBAE013EB5D5A549EBF9907C78A5 -n1

I have used simpack_21 (found on this forum). Which prog do you mean (no prog found on 4-th page)?

It doesnt work too. Unpacked the same files/size as Phoenix. This 2 files are smaller than the 2 working files i have downloaded.

Hi all... Anyone use the tool SDK?

When I launch SDK Launcher with phoenix 1.4 beta 8 and launch hammer i see below the engine to launch and game. I have a problem with this, because i want to launch this tool with css game and engine 2009 but it seems to only launch css in engine 2006.

How can i fix that? ,thx

So, I'm a hardcore noob.. I've searched tutorial and everything on how to ge my Civilization 5 torrent up and running. I've extracted the files from the main torrent and put them into a new folder. Then when while I had Steam running I put the cracked folder into the extraction folder. Am I doing this right? Because that did not seem to work either and I've been reading through everything on this forum and nothing has really given me the answer. I also tried dragging the mounted picture into the main box of Phoenix but I didn't know how to direct it to the folder tht had the extracted and cracked contents. I know I probably look like an idiot, but I haven't a fuckin clue as to what I'm doing, and I probabaly shouldn't be doing this in spite of that, but I'm a broke nigga so I've gotta learn this shit. Please help, even if it's just pointing out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks. :oops:
