Каждый бы под себя настроил как ему нужно, и делу конец.

He have admin, when he connecting to server... server ban this player.. old deproto don`t banned..
now i try new dproto and write...

if i have old cs server PatchVersion=1.1.2.6/linux
me needed filewatcher.amxx this plugin for protection my files ?

No, this exploit was fixed long time ago in 0.9.330 (or even earlier in one of pre-release versions):

Сталкивался с такой проблемой, в моём случае спамили командами status ping god и т. д.

Is it possible to disable fake client protection?

When I try to join my server via Steam sometimes I get "Reason: Fake client. Connection was in idle state.". It's not only for me but also to other players..
