Crock,please be ready for the new 5006 linux engines,our linux servers keep crashing a lot even with dproto 0.4.8p

the new HLDS engine fixes vcrash, vcrash2 and failds. hlds_fuck is not solved from what i heard.

dproto 0.4.8p fixes all the exploits mentioned above, including hlds_fuck.

so what different it does then? maybe you copied vcrash accidently so you now have vcrash(2) ?

A beta update to the Counter-Strike 1.6 dedicated server is now available. To access the beta, run the update command with "-beta hl1beta". The specific changes include:

- Potential fix for svc_bad network errors (thanks to Sorin)

This Jason must be on weeds. Running -beta hl1beta will download the previous hlds build (4883) instead of the newest beta build. The correct switch should be -beta hlbeta

heyyy crock, dproto doesnt work at engine 5006 engine.

Error is:
Code: Select all | Line number On/Off | Expand/Contract
  1. [DPROTO]: Parse_Jumps: ERROR: JMP for SV_RejectConnection() not found
  2. [DPROTO]: Failed to find jumps to functions


i think valve changed somethins in engine pls update dproto :(
