Hmm, This crack worked on our CS:S server, but it seems people with nonsteamdown can only join, legit cannot either. |

EDIT: also, since we're talking about [b]linux[/i] servers here, would you tell us the correct file permissions? What's the disadvantage to just pulling out the preload command and starting the server with an '-insecure' tag? |

It appears that Libsteam does´nt work for Hl2 anymore... I copy the crack in the /bin directory and now the cracked client cannot Join the server... Is there a new crack for this game? Thx! |

I personally spent quite a few hours to try and get it working, but ended up having to emulate the windows server under WINE. That said, I havent tried Gustaw's crack, so give it a go and see how you go. |
