Ive setup a server @ exec.at (wc3 mod), but have the same "SteamGetEncryptedUserIDTicket failed (1)" problem as the others with the crack (im using a legal hl2 account). So is there a crack on the way which supports emulated and normal clients?

there are three cracks for linux css server, that supports all clients(second from sticky/Lan mode, Provision, Revolution)
but wc3 mod requires steam id to work if I'm right
only Revolutions crack supports this, additionaly you need to make few other thing to make it works. (example configuration cstrike.si:27015, supported clients: Legal, Provision steam patcher, Dzone with patch from http://cstrike.si , other ppl without steam id are kicked after 6 sek)

Edit: I dont get it, so there is only a method for emulated steam clients and one which needs sv_lan 1. Both sucks hehe...

And a previous version of steam (to get the revolution crack working) wouldnt be the best solution for me, cause of -autoupdate which will restart the server on crash...

There are links to PROViSiONs and REVOLUTiONs forum .. and not only once.. I don't link to the files directly because at least on pvns forum (I think) it's not allowed to post the download links elsewhere without permission.. These cracks from provision/revolution sound interesting, ill play a bit around if i find them. Hopefully ill get it to work for people without legal accounts. I tried the revolution and it doesnt work, did u read the failure message which i posted? The version which only allows emulated clients and the one which only works on sv_lan 1 arent what i want. Hm.. I don't know about dedicated server cracks.. hey \|2eM!x, it's your sticky, update it oh and when I saw "Cracked Server Utilities", I thought of section 1 of my tools sticky.. oops.
