I installed the update and I was so glad that I didn't see the [temp] YOUR VERSION DOES NOT MATCH THE SREVERS error, but then I got a STEAM VALIDATION REJECTED error. How do I fix it? |

I checked my friends list and it pulled up my account that WAS disabled. How do I change it so that I'm using one of my accounts that isn't disabled? |

go to steamapp.cfg and scroll down till it says steamappuser= and steamuserpassphrase=" " replace the old acount info |

lol...if your account is disabled...it makes u sign on...and then when u enter the info it tells you this account has been disabled

I have just installed EMPORIO version plus 5-6-7-8-9 updates and copyied the crack files into the install dir but when I launch the game through launcher.exe it gives me STEAM VALIDATION REJECTED I have just created my account When I launch the game through the hl2.exe shortcut I don't get an STEAM VALIDATION REJECTED but I get the famous #@%@ #^#@%$##@% #@%#%@ Steam Ticket Error |

EMPORiO said that most of the ppl are getting this error...(even after installing update#9 properly) and they are working on other method. It seems that it worked only for some guys. A temp. fix is to crash steam @ 2nd bar while registering an already used key, then copy .blob to your css folder...but it ll cost you your account sooner or later.  as all these keys are blacklisted and steam will ban you eventually.
