so wat should i do to create a non steam server>?

Only one firewall is supposed to be enabled.
Enable one and then enter 27015 on the shieldsup page an press User specified custom port probe and tell me its status.

User-Specified Custom Port Probe Help

This Internet port probe attempts to establish standard TCP Internet connections with any set of up to 64 ports specified by the user.

You are here because ShieldsUP! was unable to determine what set of 64 or fewer ports you wish to have tested. Valid ports range from 1 through 65535 inclusive. Ports may be listed individually or with ranges specified by a "-" hyphen. Port ranges extend from the first port specified to the last one, inclusive, and can run in either direction. Any non-numeric character (space, comma, slash, etc.) may be used to separate individual ports and ranges. The port parser is quite forgiving and extremely tolerant of any whacky stuff you might give it.

Some sample valid port specifications are:


1, 10, 100, 1000, 10000
21 23 80 135-139 1024-1030
4000/14/512/416/28/10101/50000
65516-65535
1-10-1

Please correct the port specification you supplied below, then resubmit your port probe request:

you must have entered the wrong number try it again.
Anyway you have to open port 27015 in your firewall.

my 27015 status is stealth

instead of 9793,9795 use 27015 and call it wahtever you want.
Try to scan the port again and if its open or closed your good.
Make sure u set steamemu to offline mode (This way it wont connect to steam) and add -nomaster to your shortcut.
The ip your friends should join is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:27015

its still stealth wat should i do??

oops wrong setting...now my status is closed..
so next time when i wanna create a non steam server all i have to do is offline mode ,create a server,give the ip and wala!! my frens in and play with me>???

well my status is closed now...my frens still dun saw my server on the list..any suggestion?

Yeah tell them to try to write in the console.
Or add +connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:27015 to the shortcut (Replace the X's with your ip if you didn't already know that)

yes i already tell them about those stuff but they still dun see my server or connect to my server

I wanna play with couple friends of mine. How to crate CSS non steam listen (not dedicated) server? What crack should I use and what crack should use my friend to connect to my cracked serwer without ticket.

Why don't you just accept the fact that you don't know how to setup the server and you don't have the skills. If you are not willing to learn, than you might just as well forget about it. "How do I setup the server?" right away proves that you are simply not capable of doing it.

You have to open the ports just like when you are creating a dedicated server.
Then you just have to create a server without logging in and give your password to your friends.

Also if you would have read around allitle you would find the answer to this question. If you don't know what ports and ips are i suggest you read and learn it before you try this. Search for it on google (Best way to get information)
