Where is that program that can open .blob-files?
Someone posted it in a topic but I can't find it.
I have searched, but maybe not enough.

Ofcourse there's.

It's not able to edit the blob, just to parse it to a XML file.

Here's the link:

www.sirarthur.nm.ru/Blob_Reader.rar

That blobreader.rar thing is a ripoff of my work... it should be noted that I don't like to be discredited for this toolkit. Repackaging it is fine, but you didn't even include the readme (which is in 0.2.2+).

The mostly-official website for the toolkit is here: http://tommunism.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4

It's more up-to-date than the one posted above, and it's a little more efficient.

Note: this program does not replace any blob files or anything; it simply builds a human-readable version of it (openable by Internet Explorer or Mozilla or some other XML reader)--as I have not written a writer for it yet.

I didn't RIP anything, I just didn't remember where to get it, so just repack and post. Didn't know you're so "credit-maniac", because actually I don't use to post credit files or about's on my releases... anyway, sorry man.

EDIT: Repacked to contain also README file
