Have you tested just to create an empty account and then play?
I tested it and it worked without any errors.

Edit: Just copy over the ClientRegistry.blob-file from your
Steam-folder to your CSS-folder.

Don't try it. It worked only once.

Maybe it's working again if you're copying the .blob again and overwrite..-.
