Hello there,

i've not such a steam ticket error. BUT THIS seems to be no.1 TOPIC!
Is there a patch or an emu with which i can play ppatched steam client downloaded gcfs offline???

download non-steam, intall it, launch it, choose install hl2(for exemple), and play

U can only play a game offline, if it's complete downloaded...

yes i thought the same, but i used ppatched steam to download gcfs. I'm no steam supporter so take this way. the gcfs have 100%.
so when i go in offline mode it says : the process couldn't be finished when steam is in offline mode!!!!
