So i found a server browser who can say when the map is going to change(timeleft) so when the map changes connect and it works!!!

AWPunk is a freeware server browser for Steam / Half Life, compatible with all existing game mods. It allows you to control winamp during game with shortcuts, to locate your friends and to organize your favorite servers efficiently. It also includes an automatic retry when trying to connect to a full server (AWPunk understands 5 reserved slot systems), and an advanced filter system. AWPunk also displays a lot of details about the servers (including netxmap, mods, anticheats, timeleft, and much more).

oh well, too bad there isnt one for Source games yet

It's posible but u have to wait VERY long to do this. And some servers don't even change the map

I think it 's the better way know because with this browser you can see the time left so select timeleft<1min and connect direct with AWPunk to the server!
