Ditto to topic, basically Im using the non steam-down proggy, is there any way to put the -console command in with non steam-down and half life 2?

just rightclick on the game (in the My Games List) where you want the console and press properties and then launch options and type -console and on the next startup the console will be there.

Non steam-down is a launcher program built by h3llboss to ...basically what the title says, launch the half-life based games without steam. Except there are no built in options to allow developer's mode to be enabled, perhaps if I were to make an autoexec.cfg file I could essentially enable it. Thanks anyways, if anyone has any idea, please post..

non steam down is set to auto open the console.... but if your dont open go to your steamapps\user\hl1 or hl2 \root and create a shortcut
