yo there ;]

im sure u all noticed that after installing "cs16patch_full_V21" u can't see older servers any more, i mean u can see only serwers patched with "cs16patch_full_V21" so i'm adding => HERE <= 2 files: 1- "serverbrowser.dll" from "cs16patch_full_V19" to see older servers, 2- "serverbrowser.dll" from "cs16patch_full_V21" to see all servers updated with this new patch (info where to paste them is in this ".rar" i added)

but i have 1 please for som1 with leggit steam: can u share me the latest "serverbrowser.dll" (from "Valve\platform\Servers") from your leggit CS ? Do u think its gonna work on "cs16_full_v17" patched with "cs16patch_full_V21" to see all servers (4 example: from my LAN) i mean old servers and updated servers same time ?

THX

I'm sure you didn't notice the little update to the HL1 Master Query Protocol... next time try to read before posting and use the search feature, it's free!

hmmmm... okok... now what the hell "Master Query Protocol" is :P and what u want me to search?

That's what the servers and clients use to understand each other. Now, since this protocol has been updated, outdated servers doesn't understand the new query and hence the serverbrowser won't list them.

Like you said, use the old serverbrowser instead.

You don't need anything else, the patch already includes a fix for this problem.

Do you have MSN/ICQ? Send me a PM.

I tried to run with:
-nomaster and sv_lan 1
-nomaster and sv_lan 0
sv_lan 1
sv_lan 0

nothing works with steam and cracked.

Linux server, condition-zero game.

My friend has the same problem with engine_i686.so library posted in this thread, it looks like it's not properly cracked. I advised him to use engine_amd.so instead and everything works fine...

Hope it helps,

T.

Even if you are running the server on an Intel CPU, use the engine_amd.so cracked library posted in this thread and add to the command line:

So the startup command line could be similar to this:

./hlds_run -game cstrike +sv_lan 1 +maxplayers 24 +map de_dust2 +log on -pingboost 2 -nomaster -insecure -port 27015 -debug -timeout 10 -ignoresigint -binary hlds_amd

Hope it helps,

T.
