BONUS custom made Garry's Mod Eight v3b autocracker! (GCF or extracted)
(install the gmod folder inside the Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
game folder [C:\..\half-life 2 deathmatch\gmod])

EASY WAY TO GET YOUR GAME STARTED:
----------------------------------
Place the game crack to wherever you want, but if you have Steam (or another Steam-based client)
place the game crack in that game's directory in your account.
(e.g. C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<yourusername>\<gamename>)
OR, if you don't have Steam installed and all you have is the GCFs, make a folder
anywhere on your hard drive and place the crack in there.

Make a cfg.ini file in the same directory, and make it so it looks like this:



You must have your GCF files already downloaded. Get them using ppatcher or whatever other method
you prefer. Set the cfg.ini option "gcfdir" to the path where your GCFs are stored,
so the file looks like this:



You can enter either an absolute or relative path to the GCFs, just as long as you don't use a beginning or trailing slash in either case.

After that, if you've already run the game with ppatcher the game should immediatly launch when
you run the autocracker.

If you don't have the files that get loaded when you try to run the game with ppatcher,
or you are having errors when you try to start the game, you need to extract the "starter" files
using crack360. Set the "starter" option in the cfg.ini file to 1, so it looks like this:



Now run the crack.
All the main game files will be extracted to the folder where the crack is.
Set starter back to 0, run the crack, and the game will start!

If you want to use a different language, set the "lang" option in your cfg.ini file
so it looks like this:



MAKE SURE you have the foriegn language GCF for games that use them!
Games that don't use them are Half-life 2: Deathmatch, Opposing Force,
and Half-Life: Blue Shift.

YOU SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING STEAM/STEAM-BASED PROGRAM WHILE YOU PLAY A GAME USING THE AUTOCRACKER!
It can sometimes prevent the game from starting correctly!

New stuff:

+ cracked favorites lists for each online game (THIS OPEN BETA VERSION DOES NOT HAVE CRACKED FAVORITES LISTS)
- removed the master servers crack
- all the HL online games still do not work with servers cracked using swds.dll crack
+ all languages supported (MAKE SURE you have the foriegn language GCF for games that use them!)
+ mod support
+ extra parameter support
+ cfg.ini options expanded:
++ gcfdir (the path to the GCF directory, no trailing slash) [Default is ..\..]
++ usegcf (the option to use GCFs or not, 1 is yes, 0 or blank is no) [Default is 1]
++ lang (which language do you wish to use) [Default is english]
++ game (set which game folder needs to be launched) [Default is the default-game's folder]
++ params (set to whatever extra hl/hl2.exe parameters you want to use) [Default is none]
++ starter (set to 1 if you want to extract main game "starter" files) [Default is 0]
++ nocss (Garry's Mod Eight v3b only, set to 1 to not use CS:S GCFs/content) [Default is 0]

Bug has the source code archived and cant find it he said earlier. Just wait for v5 and its source code. He said he wanted to release around christmas time.

DemoMan made his own crack for it using the crack360 source files. That was in an old thread that i think has been deleted. You can PM him asking for it, or wait to the release of crack360 v5 which will include a DOD:S crack.

Ok, I'm having some problems with CSS and DoD.
For most servers I have the steam error as usual.
Still, for those I should be able to join I start getting this:


And then I just get this:


I had no problems with that new Goldeneye Mod and with Half Life 2 DM.

Please help ^_^

Can you mind posting teh IP of teh server so i can see if it is actually a cracked server.

This crack should let me enter non cracked servers... At least it works on HL2 DM servers.
