Wow, so many idiots have been asking this question so many times that the actual answer got buried. Well here it is: You are trying to join a legit server, or a "cracked" server that doesn't let steamemu users join. You can't do that. It doesn't work. There is no fix. |

When i open the application, it loads, and then it closes. [cfg] gcfdir=E:\03. -= Spellen =-\Steam\SteamApps starter=0 game= lang= usegcf=E:\03. -= Spellen =-\Steam\SteamApps\counter-strike.gcf params= Do i need to modify something to my CFG ? |

I just found something out that is really cool! crack360 4.1 can actually download + update GCFs just as well as all the cracked clients can now! You don't even have to download anything extra, just start up crack360 and see how the GCFs don't start to download and/or update! Besides .cue's CyberCafe fix of course  packman is a thief IMO.
Just a little progress update: I'm not really working on crack360 much anymore - what else is there to do? I've focused my efforts on writing a dedicated *nix master server based on some of the old hlmaster code. And just a quick question for any *nix experts out there (no noobs allowed): if I compile an executable from C/C++ source using gcc on a 64-bit version of linux, will that executable require a 64-bit operating system to run on? No guesses, I really need an accurate answer. For the curious, the 64-bit version of linux I'm talking about is Kubuntu AMD64. |

bug.meh.not has said he has it archived and cant find it. He only has the v5 source code so you will have to wait untill that is released to get the source. |
