You dont need an pathupdate or patched blob anymore .
And Steam.exe is Offln.exe .
Offln.dll = steam.dll
rename ya steam.dll to offln.dll and patch the ips .. done .
Your repack isnt needed.... You are gonna to be Packfag2.

I know what you said works in the present Steam client version.
I hope it will work in the next Steam client version or shmelle will release new UniLauncherII Update.
If shmelle totally comes back and releases UniLauncherII updates for future Steam client updates, I'm happy because I don't need to edit Steam.dll myself anymore :)

There is something wrong with it coz offln.exe cpu usage is way to high and it's chewing up my resources. Who know how to fix it?

launch steam.exe one time so files will be updated and then you ll be able to use launch.exe again .

1. Make sure your inet is disconnected.
2. Put the files in a new Steaminstallation
3. Run Launch.exe and enter
qwerty1 as user
and
72108 as password
4. login and relax

NOTE: inet must be disconnected and only user qwerty1 is working.

Logging in as qwerty1 in Online PC is possible.
When your PC is connected to the Internet, Steam client downloads information about latest game versions and store it in ClientRegistory.blob.
So when you want to play latest games, you can start UniLauncherII in Online connection.
But when you want to play old version games, you have to start UniLauncherII in Offlin to keep Steam client from updating ClientRegistory.blob.

Yes you can, only if clientregistry.blob contains 127.0.0.1 as AuthServer. That's accomplished by logging in offline at least once, or by changing that value manually using the ClientRegistry Toolkit by Da_FileServer.

That value is overwritten each time you login online with your legit steam account.

EDIT: I wanted to make an update off that steam.dll cracked by the guy calling himself "b1n", but since the file is protected with UPack, and I don't really have time to unpack it, you guys will have to do it on your own.
