Firstly i dont know the anything about specifics on 1.6 bots.
(I've never ever played a full round of cs1.6 tbh)
I suppose on way of doing it generally would be to create a fake fix pack.
That way your bots would be installed when you were in offline (ministeam) and not installed when you ran it through real steam.
Sorry p3ng3l but 1.6 bots are outside my area of knowledge....

use this if you already had ministeam
MiniSteam1.4 Full (updated 06.06.2007 by Baine).rar (16.3M)
version 1.4 of ministeam, including all earlier content updates etc
Ministeam 1.4.5 (updated exe only).rar (175k)
as the name says, only the updated exe
use if you encounter missing fonts in 1.4, otherwise you won't need it

Just to let users know
Basicly im not happy with the way ministeam has developed from its early start and I'm finding the interface very restrictive for some of the more advanced feature we both want added into ministeam. So after discussing it with N008/Baine we have decieded to effective end the ministeam project and start work on a client to effectively clone steam.
The largest part of the code required is already in other projects I have worked on so development time should be very short and we may well have another surprise for you before then.
I'm working on a FINAL version ministeam 1.4 (to be called 1.5 Final) and ive fixed a memory leak bug in the 1.2 version that will be released also because i know a few of you are still using that bcos you dont like the 1.4 interface.
