I have a little bit free space left, i install there winxp32 bit now.
And on my seccond pc is also space left for another windows. XD

They have said one per ati card.
And that the account is independant of the card.

they could detect the accounts that were faked but that would require that they have enough forsight to log the ati details as part of the account.
Afaik they didnt.

tbh i think given what cintx has said about informing valve of this weakness (1 byte patch ffs.) and how ridiculously easy it was to break.

They wanted it broke. believe it.

here is a bit improved hardware promo patch,

this patch is generating random hashs instead of SHA hashs from machineguid, hddserial number and network adapter data
yes this means u can register hwpromo from 1 pc as many times as u want.

btw as i see in the steamui code there will be available "soon" (dont know when and what kinda games are included) another hwpromo for Intel Core 2 Duo quad(Kentsfield quad-core) owners

lol.. soon as i saw this promo ad i knew it could be cracked and probably already was on rin. nice work how likely are we to face accounts being disabled though, is there any way for them to tell after you delete the crack? would it look the same as if you had an ati card and then switched to a different one?

Its just like releasing a demo for hl2 but taking an advertising back hander from ati while you do... hl2:dm was dying on its arse b4 this btw... thats why i was asking you cos you've probably had a snoop around for the details that are logged right? i don't know if they would give it away free only to pirates.. after all aren't we they stingy ones that never buy anything? soz you'll have to count me as another that can't get it working. maybe it's os dependant or something.. new installation doesn't help. but it seems that it does change all link handler operations in steam, saying steam is already running. so it must be something todo with the crack.
