Pending SteamID makes more problems e.g. Votemap Systems and Team Kill/Wound Protection System. We need a new way Steam Clients and Cracked Clients a Steam ID to set!

nope, if a client is admin by nick/pw or IP it´ll still not work if this client does have a pending ID!

right. server cracks need to give nonsteamclients faked steam ids like "STEAM_0:1:12345" or something, just a random number.

Provision patches make it. I will use them, instead of Revolution. There is no other way.

i will update linux server , last day i was going to do it, there was a steam engine update : so i did not , waiting to see if this one will make plugins "out of work" ;]
seems not , previous days update did it ....

Hi guys

I have the same problem as bzz0

Our server is linux and I've uploaded rev-crew hlds.

Mani admin works fine with legit STEAM client program, but not with a cracked client (ours is =Psy= version)

With the cracked client we get a STEAM_ID pending & no way to get either the sounds (joinserver + quake) nor the admin.

Now... I've uploaded the files posted by schmelle in this topic, and the server wouldn't start (in the image, the New Files)... so I had to delete them.

Is this the correct directory to put the files ?

I know the subject is mentioned, but could someone PLEASE give me some tips of what to do exactly?

It's maybe a noobish request, but I'm still not much used to CSS...

you should see if files are same sizes ;]
from what i see , you need to update the server before using files i posted .
