http://shmelle2.users.cg.yu/rev-source_engine_patch_3203.rar and after you download that, use http://shmelle5.users.cg.yu/SteamID_dll.rar but it has bugs and won't be fixed until i find some free time. soon i hope

i got maddoxx's one currently installed will i need to reinstall the server or can i just do a nice copy paste ^.^

Okay I have updated the first post so ppl who still want to use this buggy version - can use it. However I would recommend using REVOLUTiON Source Engine Patcher v1.2 (assigns steam_0:0:0 to all no-steam clients) until I fix the issue with this one. EDIT: oh and yeah, you can find that latest patcher over at REVOLUTiON's website, releases section. Use search to find the website, don't wanna be accused of advertising haha

I have idea make unique IDs with MAC adress, not IP adress, there is some players with dynamic IP adress and MAC adress is unique ... So.. admin can choose how ban player:
1. by IP adress
2. by MAC adress (unique steamID)

Discussions about MAC/Mobo ID/CPU ID already was here.
The problem is what this info is not passed by client so such implementation requires both server and client sides modifications...
Currently something similar implemented by hCupa in steaemu since v3.73... But it works only for clients who have v.373+ lib too otherwise IDs generated by IP... Legit clients always have IDs generated by IP.
