Sorry guys, but you have to wait till steamcooker updates his cftoolbox. This tool is needed to create a complete update.

No CF Toolbox update = no update for the Black Box.

And still I don't know whether the black box will work with the latest update and emu.

The non-steam releases are getting harder and harder since all tools are outdated (emu, cftoolbox) these days.

Sorry, but I won't create a turrent due to its insecurity of tracking the uploader.

First of all, THANK YOU SO MUCH for this unbelievably awesome compilation!!^^

I've downloaded Version 2.3, installed it and everything worked like a charm.
Then I've downloaded the Integration Pack 3.8 to update my installation files.
So far everything went ok, but then I noticed something:

I followed all the instructions in the readme.txt to the letter.
But in the integration pack there are some files and folders which aren't mentioned in the readme.txt.
It doesn't say to copy them or whatever.
The files I'm talking about in the Integration Pack 3.8 are the following:

  1. ep2\particles
  2. tf\detail_trainyard.vbsp
  3. tf\arena_mapcycle.txt

Do I have to copy them as well?
Thanks in advance and kudos for this AWESOME release!
It's the best all-in-one packet out there.^^

Keep it coming

Yes, you have to copy them aswell. I'm not updating the readme frequently and that's why my updates can be released so fast ;)!

You can remove all those dead Xirror links :(.

(Great release, but RapidShare is "blocking" me from downloading it)

You mean rapidshare uses a download limit, do you?

Post subject:  Re: Half-Life 2 Black Box (Standalone, non-Steam)-Cr@ck-IT

I've searched through this thread but didn't find anything about it:
Will there be a release of the new Garry's Mod based on the Source 2007 engine for this Black Box, too?
Or is there possibly a workaround I can try? I'd really love to use the new Garry's Mod with this release. :D

Any help or info on this matter would be greatly appreciated!^^

Yeah. I know that many people has irritated/nagged you about that limit. It is really an irritating limit. It would take about 34 hours of straight downloading (stupid 50kb/s limit) + 1 more day of waiting because of the 4,5gb download limit.

Well, I can see that your release is really a clean release compare to ThePsyFamily, DigitalZone, Russian releasers and packers. Only you have packed Source 2007 with Revolutions emulator instead of hCupa's SteamEmu, have that unlock achievement "cheat" for TF2 (Correct me if I'm wrong) and a NICE NSIS installer.
