Vasuki wrote: i updated java but the original and your edited version of Vmex gives me the error =\ and http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/19936 is the map Ok so basically that means that it's a problem with Vmex, and I cannot fix it so there
One thing I can tell you, the error is thrown at treewalk() in BSP.class, and is caught somewhere in Vmex.class (either assignbrushes(), exec(), or actionPerformed().) Contact the author and tell him to fix it, and I will have the pleasure of seeing if he thought up some other form of protection... Haha!

k4rnage wrote: Again, same overflow. Send the guy some emails asking him to fix it. I can verify that it is the original apps problem and not mine, as I unprotected Vmex on the fly using my debugger.
Screenshot of where it is happening.

I have patched older version of Vmex for private testing purposes, and they work fine. Whatever he updated really messed up.
In fact, that other hacked version of Vmex is from 2006. It uses the boolean no_decomp opposed to ebspval, which is what the newer Vmex's use.
So, email the author of Vmex and tell him to fix it.

I'm able to patch all current, and most likely all future versions of this app as well, even if he uses C++. I can't think of much that can stop me from doing this patch.

Sorry for bump, but did you use CFParse to remove the exists? If not, what then? Just thought that I should ask since I don't know any other bytecode editors that can actually edit the code.
