"No permission to run %GAME_TYPE%":
This error occures if you are trying to start a non-steam game while original Steam is running and account what Steam is logged in with does not have subscription to the non-steam game you try to execute(If Steam is running then a non-steam game becomes Steam game).
Two possible ways to get around it is:
1)Patch Steam with Undead Patch or similar patches
2)Patch engine so the game will execute even with original Steam(i've impelemented this in internal build of VUP).

strange, xp pro should have security available. however you can do that over command line with cacls.exe (google for it)

But dude, i click in read only, or only work by cacls.exe ?

The easiest solution is not to spawn this car Dunno how to use those MiniDumps, but also bumped you last post, someone should answer now, I hope.

those minidumps are useless on any other than your pc, as you need the app + all modules in your state

ok ChrisTX i install casls.exe in my windows, but, how to use ?, thx.

there was nothing you should install it should be already there C:\WINDOWS\system32\cacls.exe
search google on how to use, it's a default cmd proggy.
Or start windows in secured mode and then you'll have you security tab
