VUP cannot be used anyway as it does not support HL1 :D :D
Old GUI UP supports it ;)

Oh right, this is for HLDS :lol: . However, what I meant is the same, he shouldn't use this with your old HL1/HL2 patcher.

? GameServer patch is refered to as VUP or did he meant UniPatch? (I guess UniPatch, since VUP is senseless)
However, I missed that passage :P Well, if so you should check that your files stay patched and aren't reverted.

ok i already patched engine*.so files with vup but im still getting "Steam connection lost" error message and would get kicked out after being on server for a while..

what is wrong? my cs client is using the latest rev emu.

shmelle, please help! :shock:

shmelle is absent. You should try eSTEAMATiON. (atm it's still a bit buggy, but I trust in vityan's skills :lol: )
