How much archievements did you done? You need about 10 completed for one gun.

i overwrited my gamestate.txt with the recent edited gamestate.txt for pyro&medic (read only)

then i copy&pasted your launcher.exe into the correct tf2 folder ... sent a shortcut to desktop

this happened

please help me fix it ... i really want to play with unlock weapons which is unavaliable for the standalone non-steam tf2

about 18 pyro achievements done

however i was able to get the 1 million healing point achievement from this launcher, but the milestone still not unlock

this dont work with hacked gamestate.

heartkreuz: yes, when you start game, join a server, then use Medic Gun to heal 1hp and you get "Healing point" archievement and You get acces to Loadout where you can change guns... do you use revEmu ? Maybe there is problem with Milestone archievements :(

i reversed it back to the default gamestate.txt ... which is nearly empty

it doesnt work too ... error locating file

maybe its not compatible with the 1.0.3.3 patch which might have altered the hl2.exe ?

Doesn't work for me :(

I've got 10 Pyro Achievements, but even with this exe file I don't get the first milestone.

I haven't modified my gamestate.txt

Ok there is "Valves protection" in milestone, milestone inst auto updated, so I will add this updater into launcher..

just tried 1.1

same error [file not found] after clicking the exe
hl2.exe error + crash during map load
