How can I stop spamming lots of .dat files in folder with HLDS? It's lagging the server.

My server doesn't show in the master server, there is nobody in my server
Can someone help me ?

well....you should replace only the swds.dll...or configure the rev.ini file.
both methods worked on me.

Anyway...i'm still using the 7.3 version...It's the best yet.

4554 patch is buggy, it creates ghosts if the server runs too long, eventually to the point where the server appears to be full even though it's empty, and you can't join unless you connect manually

If you updated hlds to 4554 but you want to revert back to 4382 here are the older files:

Axot's 7.3 is still a better choice for the time being, the only useful thing 4554 has is it blocks the csdos style attacks hlds 4382 is associated with.

And 7.3 doesn't mark NS p48 clients as HLTV. They're STEAM_ID_PENDING.

Yes, the latest patch is very buguos. I installed 7.3, hex edited steam_id_pending to valve_id_pending (to make psychostats and amxbans work properly); however, there is a problem with hlsw and xredirect (in-game server query/redirection plugin) as the protocol somehow is different from original one that steam servers have. Is it possible to fix this server query problem?

where is the update for 4554 ?

yes you put it direct in the folder where hlds.exe is
and its protect your server of ddos attack(overflow)
pig attack exploit and + it save the ip of the hacker so you can ban its ip

Vertex ,Si Clan , infuzion crew ,sk colosseum , eastern canada , nnf , Sgk ,PGN ,
but its sure there no of website like that in the usa and its like
the only website here to provide Non-steam and steam emulated
i dont say that there not of other website but there no of developer like here

There is problem with 7.3.It dont work with Xredirect.With 4554 it works but my server is not appearing in serverlist.Please fix this.7.3 is best but Xredirect is very important fo me...Thx for any usefull info
