axot, can u write mini-guide in 1-st post, how to install mp.dll and other... we`re dont know Chinese lang. =) Thankful in advance.

I dunno why people still bother with the old version, using the old version is exactly what valve wants you to do. Your not stealing the game if your not playing with regular steam players for free, your playing 1.5 (which at one time was free)

Axot, have you found a solution to fixing the HLTV problems? Non-steam users are identified as HLTVs instead of VALVE_ID_PENDING. Steam IDs are identified though. Keep it the good work. Hope you can fix the non-steams
