If you want to Launch a Game without Steam but still want to join Legit Servers with your "LEGIT" account do following: No it doesn't? I followed the instructions and applied it for use with Counter-Strike 1.6. I placed the files in my SteamApps\Counter-Strike directory, created the shortcut with the provided arguments from the instructions (hl.exe -appid 10) and all the launcher seemed to do was pass those arguments on to Steam.exe which then launched the game. In other words, it still uses Steam 100% and pretty much only acts as a relay when instead i could just create a .bat file with 'hl.exe -appid 10' which would do the exact same thing. (Playing Steamless) != (steam.exe -silent). you make it sound like you have some kind of dll function that handles steam functions allowing you to play online, but you're just hiding steam away and it's still using all the resources it would if I had it running - in which case I'd rather have it runnning because then at least I can use it, lol Maybe add a steam.dll aswell and use -steam parameter And please stop playing a smart ass that wont help you Edit: I found out that when u even launch it with the -steam parameter it will not work, but I need to fix it first. And be patient u dont pay me so stop complaining.

Always straight to the point, RBPFC1. That's why we need you here. And great release.

Tested DynSteam on a gmod dedicated server and it works great! No engine.dll patching needed. Also can you add a feature which automatically adds the server to setti's masterserver? Like the MasterServerUpdater in rev-crew.info. Thx alot

hmmm it seems when starting standalone srcds with launcher, it gives steam validation rejected when joining with latest revemu, and when starting steam or steamup when srcds with dynsteam is already launched, it prints "ipcclient.cpp (180) : Assertion Failed: pSharedMemFile->m_hProcessID == ThreadGe tCurrentProcessId()" on srcds. Steam launches, but steamup exits after login window. Here are some mdmps

Steam launches, but steamup exits after login window. Here are some mdmps As far as I know, any steamclient.dll crack is incompatible with any steam client, due to the simple fact that steamclient.dll cracks require Process ID to be set, and the Process ID can't be shared with Steam. You can't even launch Steam if revEmu powered srcds is running, for example. Also, I see some bad posts in other threads across this forum. Someone dissing RBPFC1? First off, read the announcement saying something about respecting developers. Eh? Next, if you don't like something, just avoid using it. And if you don't use it, your posts regarding that thing are not needed. We are not interested in what you like or dislike. Also, who do you think we are, some kind of your employees? I don't remember the part where you pay us, so .... show some respect. One more thing, when hCUPa left, there weren't anything that could work, we had to invent new things. That is the "Do It Yourself" cake. It only takes 2 ingredients - brain and patience. If you don't have some of those 2, then you are not to brag about anything related. I hope I made myself clear.

Is there any way to get the unlocked Team Fortress 2 weapons working on any cracked server with dynSteam? I've already done all the achievements and I can't get revEmu to work (with GCFPrep).

If the server you are playing on using RevEmu as emulator, it works.

emiderg wrote: 3.Because this crack cracks steamclient too (like steamup),you should be able to play more games than cracks that dont crack steamclient (undead, SMD). Now the battle is which one makes playable more games, steamup, dynsteam, or any other only steam.dll crack + steam3client. dude, you are confusing the cracks...steamup,SMD and all memory patchers DON`T crack the steamclient.dll.UnDeadPatch v3.33 DOES crack the steamclient.dll (i dont know if v6.36 does itor not)
