btw in this way valve will lose future customers...EX: me and my friend ownload and install steam...using ati/nvidia promotion to download hl2dm and we can`t ad each other to play...so we will get a no-steam release |

--Update--- Free Promos do not count as legit games. Steam Groups can be used as an alternative for now. Legit users can send invites to cracked clients. Cracked clients can accept all friend invites. XIKKUB'S PLAN OF ACTION CHART Cracked + Cracked = Use groups Cracked + Legit = Legit invites cracked Legit + Legit = Why are you reading this? To source_engine, please stop answering the question if you don't know the situation. This forum is not used for spamming or answering people with wrong answers or craps. Besides I guess you have no idea what you are talking about ..... we don't "hack" the whole steam client ... we just crack part of it instead of "hacking" .... secondly the steam community / friend system is controlled by valve / steam, that means the post is not a sarcasm. Besides, the protocol of Steam friend system is well documented ..... just see if there is anyone wants to create IM for this or not ...... |

 there are some legit users that have purchased games on steam and can`t use add friend button so if you want to enable add friends feature just buy a game (i recommend buy the cheaper game on steam coz you will use that account on cracked steam and that means possible DISABLED steam account) and i think valve is forcing all cracked players to go legit and all legit players with no games to buy on steam (tahat sux ass) |

I think you're mistaken. No legit user will experience any changes. If they can't access the add friend feature, then they're steam is probably outdated. The only thing steam (not valve) is doing is making it harder for cracked clients and tahat sux ass. Legit users are not affected. best_matrix07 wrote: (tahat sux ass)
