CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community

The title says it all. Now don't say, you are an idiot. I know the Client binary and Sound files can NOT be downloaded. I am trying to download the base, binaries and Dedicated sever NCFs with CF Toolbox. I get the not owned/not available message. Anyone else getting this besides me?

This may be a Steam issue. This is a big update so Valve's server seems to be getting a DDoS. When will they learn? I am getting the Base, Binaries and Dedicated server updated right now.

Yeah I was downloading the base and paused it for a minute and when tried to resume it, it said not owned/not available.

hey Whizzer, thanks for uploading those updates, really appreciate it.

Ok, I'm done with the updates I can provide you. Now someone has to do the rest. If you own the game, and are downloading through CFToolbox rather than uncracked Steam (wouldn't know why), keep trying to download. Maybe correcting randomly every once in a while helps, restarting CFToolbox might help too.
