You should be glad they are actually going to release it at all. HL2: EP3 is delayed forever. They like to do mappacks instead.
So if I add that new NCF the game is 100 % again? Cause Ive seen on the Steam community forums that people are download 2/3 of the game again.

Bit Mage left 4 dead 2 demo client 2.ncf does need a mirror but it's at Version 0. No need for a patch, yet.
Update on my files: Left 4 Dead 2 Demo Client and Left 4 Dead 2 Common seem to be decrypted on my PC. CF toolbox says they are invalid. That means it's decrypted.

CFT says I only need: left 4 dead 2 demo client 2.ncf and left 4 dead 2 demo common.
So I removed the left 4 dead 2 demo client.ncf. I had already grabbed the client content from the first post and updated it with the v0_v1 update.
Now CFT shows the demo at 100%. maybe just waiting on new update now: left 4 dead 2 demo client 2.ncf --> which will hopefully include the decrypt key.
