seriously guys,what's the point every time to bother to reopen this thread or making new one,every time Valve accidentally "unpatched" the crack for a few hours?
it's better to wait for a proper and stable way to play,it's unplayble this way,we need to wait for a new proper crack{which I doubt there will be} or Server emulation.

Stopped working, close thread, next time when it works I will tell it when it works for at least 3 days...

i download file, but don't work(Disconnect from Steam).

Before I start, I will tell you that this is the same crack as all the others.

Same errors as the others.

The person forgot to remove the CEG from the SP file.

I appreciate the work the crackers do for MW2, but you are either confused or a troll.

When using memory patcher, this (like all the other cracks) get "steam connect failed"

Without a memory patcher, I get, "Disconnected from Steam".

I am sad to say this, but I remember reading that the "Zero Gear" method was discovered through dumb luck, and we won't get this lucky again.

There's another thread outlining the Spec Ops crack, so I vouch a lock for this thread until someone comes by with proof of a working crack.

I think we will never get working multiplayer. Only possibility would be emulating IW.net. Dedicated server was doomed before it even started.

2 things:
1. This crack can connect to IWNet (no Disconnected From steam or or steam connect failed errors), but it WILL NOT find anyone else during matchmaking.

2. Since you can "connect" to IWNet, then you can start a Private server. I have not tested whether Steam group invites work if clients are all using this crack, so it'd be nice if someone could test the private server situation.
