CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community

i did this rather different, in overral :

- get the MW2 .NCF then put it on steam (there are on this forum)
- extract the 166 "crack" overwriting the existing file on steamapps/commom/call of duty modern warfare 2/
- Run Launcher.exe (its steamUp)
- after steam is running, i just double click the iw4mp.exe

voila, steam workin ingame, and can play multiplay.
the only problem is it take LONG TIME to find host.

Maybe because my position in Southeast Asia. IWNET hard to find players with good ping.

weird, now got "steam connec failed" after 2 minut. it was working but now got kicked. aaargh

USE DEMO FIX, god damn it, it works well.

i had installed the demo but got stem connection failed :X

I have a beta key of zero gear and used it

But i had the same problem yesterday = Steam Connection Failed

But i fixed this and now i can still play online with no kicks

sooo it finally works for me, download the demo, replace the files, log in to regular steam, no emulator, voila :

I actually have the file here on my usb but i think this will only work for the beta key users only

EDIT : But i guess when the original game is out this wont work anymore

Release is over 2 weeks so enjoy the game while you still can

I have already done all that but I get the message steam connection failed

Delete ClientRegistry.blob?
If that doesn't work then re-install Steam.

1. Delete everything from the steam Folder except Steam.exe and the \steamapps folder.
2. Now launch Steam and log in.
