[Solved] Weird Left 4 Dead 2 Error Please help me

Post subject:  Weird Left 4 Dead 2 Error Please help me
I dont know why but left 4 dead 2 crashes when i see a witch.
I did it like this

1.Installed Left 4 Dead 2 from The Pirate Gay
2.Updated it using this guide viewtopic.php?f=10&t=54471
3.Made sure my version is v2.0.0.8
4.Had some crashes so I followed this guide viewtopic.php?f=10&t=54507
4.a Now I dont have crashes randomly and seeing hunters
5.So I was playing until a witch spawned i can hear it thats fine but if I see it L4D2 Crashes

Then Process Monitor says this

Install My Patches, Master Update to v2.0.0.8 and use the Latest Standalone Patch and then try to play ?

Before your post/reply i went to the Garena FPS Forums I found you so i did your guide and IT WORKS
