Steps on how to create on offline profile
1.launch the game
2. hit home key on keyboard
3. click signout if someone else is signed in.
4. click create new profile
5. scroll down and click blue link call create a local profile
6. enter your name you want and then click submit.

We put out a compressed file "ChaosRisingInfo.rar" (Google it) that has everything you need to get the Razor1911 release working. Extract all files in game directory and run "Loader.Exe" to start Chaos Rising. Make sure to have a "offline" GFW profile for running the game and follow the Razor directions for installing the game.
This has been tested and works for LAN.
