I have a better workaround to the 'new' paul.dll RGSC authentication that does not require you to use the original SecuLauncher... http://files.dotbas.net/RGSC.zip

Drop the RGSC.exe in the EFLC folder and use that one to launch the game and log in to RGSC. It still needs a LIVE activation for GTA IV, however.

Where do I get this modified Razor1911 crack to work with EfLC better than RELOADED's crack? I've read previous post and the link to it doesn't seem to work.

And yea, NO activation needed if you have activated a GTA4 copy on the current system regardless of which GFWL account you logged into. You can create a GFWL Live account a.k.a. Xbox Live Account w/o any keys but if you wana play a live game online u need to activate any legit GFWL key.

One thing I hate about this game is that it lags and to add to that GfWL even kicks you out of the game for having bad frames.
And yea when you go online with alot of people in one area i.e. 6-10 shooting/making things blow up. It'll lag the shit outa u and you'll get kicked.

Phenom 9500 2.2 ghz
XFX NVDIA 9800GT

And thx for the post to help get the files need to use steam rip working like retail disc, as well as the cracks for better gameplay experience. [JT4GQ-RGR66-RVRCW-XXXXX-XXXXX] will give you the rest in a moment. It was the one originally included in the Steam rip version, but it should still be available on various other torrents.
