CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community

I've googled and searched this site for about two hours now, and haven't been able to solve this, so don't think I'm just too lazy to work for an answer.
I downloaded SteamUp! and placed the dll and exe file in the same directory as steam.exe. I also downloaded FO3:GOTY Edition from this site here: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=55992

Installed cftoolbox, it says everything is at 100%.

I ran SteamUp with admin privileges and logged in with my blank account. Went to installed games, there was FO3, clicked play.
A box came up with the title "First time install" or something of that nature. It downloaded several files, one of those being .NET Framework 3.0. This one gave me an error. Note, I already have .NET 3.0 installed on this PC. So I restarted SteamUp, logged back in, ran FO3, and now it gives me an error, with Error Code 51.

It seems to me from searching that this is a common thing for noobs at cracked steam like myself, but after extensive searching I couldn't find anyone who had solved the problem for anyone else like me. So, does anyone have any help/advice for me? Would appreciate it greatly.

I'm using SteamUp. I thought that was a steam crack, was I mistaken?

SteamUp! is a Steam crack, but it is having issues. The Error code 51, is known, but not fixed.

Some alternate Steam cracks:

Try those and see if one of those works.

Tried those, only got one of them to even start up, and that one gave me the same error (SmartSteam). So I downloaded another game from this site, (Empire: Total War) to see if the game was the problem but almost the exact same thing happened. It gave me an error while trying to install and now I get the error code 51 every time. Oh well. I must be doing something fundamentally wrong but I have no idea what it could be.

Guess I'm going to have to get Fallout the legitimate way (damn). Thank you for your time and effort though, that's more than I get from most sites. I'll be sure to recommend this forum to my peers, maybe they'll have better luck with cracked steam.

Yer I had this problem with Borderlands and SteamUP! However iSteam 1.5 works fine.

for smart steam you have to do a little editing to get it working

could you precise what type of editing one have to do ?

I didn't, I just moved the files to the correct place and started it up in the same was as steamup. Unless the problem is game specific - When I had this error with Borderlands, this crack instantly ran it in the same way steamup did, but without the error.

SteamUp! and SmartSteam gives this error with some games, iSteam and MiSteam does not. I think it has something to do with how SteamUp! and SmartSteam crack steam games.

I know MiSteam only patches particular Subscriptions and not EVERY one of them. This fixes issues with games like Altitude. Maby Fallout 3 is having issues due to having conflicting subscriptions?

Not subscriptions, the problem for SmartSteam is the hook on CreateProcess and I think it is the same for SteamUP!.

Yes, just need a little editing for smart steam or steamup to get it working...
