What's happening here is Garry's Mod is reading your Steam Community Profile and is looking for Garry's Mod. If it's not there, then you get the Pirate message.

The toybox sux anyways, I have legit Gmod and it isnt working. Some error message in console.

I was able to get Toybox working perfectly on a non-Steam and fully updated Gmod.

Extracted UCL, ran it, chose the GCF folder inside the options as \steamapps\ in Steam installation directory, clicked OK and went to menu Tools, and clicked Refresh Steam Content List. It should find GCFs of games in the folder you've chosen. Then an expandable list appears, so I expanded ContentList, then Steam then Source. There was Garry's mod. I right clicked on it and clicked Install Minimum Files. Run it from UCL and it should work. If you encounter some missing sounds, right click on GMod again, and go into 'Edit content', and check 'half-life 2 episode two english.gcf', click apply, and close the window.
The only problem I have is that I haven't still found a way to change nickname from ReVOLUTION. Toybox should work with Revemu too, but since I was too tired to make GMod work with it, I chose UCL.

I use non-steam. My Patch "Protocol version 15 Exe version 1.0.1.0 (garrysmod) Exe build: 13:50:44 Aug 11 2010 (4295) (4000)" When I use toybox ( http://toybox.garrysmod.com/), no seeing anything  But, when I change address to (example: google.com), it can. Before, I can seeing Toybox.
